Zee News journalist, who had taken Covaxin shot feels pain, stiffness in her hand, health deteriorates

Questions are being raised about the Covaxin manufactured by Bharat Boyotech. Questions are arising because the vaccine is approved by the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) without completing the clinical trial.

Vaccine experts believe that this approval has been given in a hurry, which could endanger the lives of those taking the vaccine dose.

According to this apprehension of experts, the side effects of the vaccine are also visible.

A Zee News journalist’s health has worsened just 24 hours after taking the vaccine dose. It is being told that a reporter named Pooja Makkad, a day after taking the vaccine dose, a fever has started and a severe pain in the hands started.

Zee news journalist Pooja is the first woman journalist to be vaccinated. She was given a dose of Covaxin manufactured by Bharat Biotech on Monday only after two vaccines were approved in India.

She had taken doses of Covaxin so that she could tell people through her channel that the indigenous vaccine is completely safe. But before she was able to call it safe, her health deteriorated.

Pooja said on Tuesday evening that she felt pain at the place where the vaccine was administered, while it was expected to subside till now.

She also complained of fever. However, when she complained of fever to the vaccinated doctor, the doctor called it a good sign. He said that fever means that the vaccine has started showing its effect.
