A new toolkit case has come up in UP. It is being described as the CM Yogi Toolkit. CM Yogi’s social media team has come under the scanner after an audio got leaked in this toolkit. In the audio, it is being said to give 2 rupees for tweeting in support of CM Yogi. It is being claimed that the audio is from CM Yogi’s social media team.
Manmohan Singh, the head of the IT cell from the company has been terminated after the toolkit controversy escalated. On the other hand, BJP spokesperson Manish Shukla clarified that BJP and CM Yogi have nothing to do with this matter. He described it as a case involving a private company.
Question on Yogi’s social media team
This audio has been shared on social media by Surya Pratap Singh, a retired IAS officer who has been charged with many FIRs recently for speaking against the Yogi govt. After this toolkit has surfaced, questions are being raised on CM Yogi’s social media team. The BJP spokesperson described the BJP and CM Yogi as completely separate from the case, saying that who the company pulls out and who they keep inside is their internal matter.
IT Cell head gets terminated
At the same time, IT Head Manmohan Singh has made a tweet after being expelled from the company. In the tweet, he has written that, ‘Many thousands of answers, our silence will not be known, how many questions will be addressed’.
Earlier, BJP had accused Congress of saying that the party was working to malign PM Modi’s image through the toolkit. On May 18, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra and BJP general secretary BL Santosh tweeted screenshots of two separate four-page documents. One of these documents was related to Covid-19 and the other was related to the Central Vista project. It was claimed in these tweets that this is the toolkit of the Congress and the Congress has prepared this toolkit to defame the Modi government regarding the corona epidemic in the country.
