FIR registered against the makers of the film
It is worth noting that on July 17, the makers of a fringe film ‘Masoom Sawaal’ shared some posters. Out of which a poster of the film has a picture of Lord Krishna on a sanitary pad. Giving information in this matter, Swatantra Singh, Officer of Sahibabad Circle of Uttar Pradesh said that a complaint has been lodged against Santosh Upadhyay, Director of ‘Masoom Sawaal’ and his team by Amit Rathore, President of Hindu Rashtra Navnirman Sena. An FIR has been registered against the entire team under section 295 of IPC.
The film director said not to apologize
The director of the film, Santosh Upadhyay, recently said during an interview, “I will never apologize in life, even if I am hanged for this. Right now Krishna Ji is seen above the pad but in the film we have Idol touch is allowed during menstruation. The subject of our film is that how menstruation is inauspicious, so when our basis is the same, the entire film is a 2 hour 25 minute film, which has been certified by the censor board, any person of any age can watch this film.”
