Jan Adhikari Party’s national president and former MP Pappu Yadav has taken a jibe at superstar Amitabh Bachchan on the rising prices of petrol and diesel. Regarding this, he tweeted on Friday and talked about meeting film actor Amitabh Bachchan.
Pappu Yadav wrote on Twitter, “Will go to meet Amitabh Bachchan Ji after being released from jail. Will buy him 100 rupees of petrol. He wanted to burn his car since 2012. Perhaps he does not have money due to the lockdown, or the memory power has weakened due to Covid. Then it was Rs 73 a liter of petrol, only then wanted to burn it, now it has crossed Rs 102.”
Let us tell you that on 24 May 2012, Amitabh Bachchan had made a tweet in which he had made a post regarding the increasing price of petrol. It was written “Petrol up Rs 7.5 : Pump attendent – ‘Kitne ka daloon ?’ ! Mumbaikar – ‘2-4 rupye ka car ke upar spray kar de bhai, jalana hai !!’. At that time petrol was around Rs 73. Now after crossing the petrol 100, people have started asking Amitabh Bachchan to make jokes on rising fuel prices”.
It is to be known that these days the prices of petrol and diesel are increasing continuously in the country. The government has no control over them. Petrol has reached Rs 107 per liter in many parts of the country.
