Who is Shivon Zilis who gave birth to Tesla chief Elon Musk’s secret twins’? See pictures

A report published in Business Insider on Wednesday, July 06, said that Tesla Inc. Chief Executive Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis, a top executive of his brain-chip startup Neuralink, had twins in November 2021.

The report, citing court documents, said that in April 2022, Musk and Zilis filed a petition to change the name of the twins to “have their father’s last name” and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name,” TechCrunch reported, citing court documents.

A court docket summary on the Westlaw Legal Research Service showed a judge signed a “order to change the names of both children” on May 11, following a name change petition from Musk and Zilis on April 25 of this year.

Who is Shivon Zilis?

According to a Business Insider report, Musk and Shivon gave birth to children in November 2021. Shivon Zilis serves as Director of Operations at Musk’s brain-machine interface company Neuralink.

According to the report, Shivon Zilis was born in Ontario, Canada. The two met through OpenAI, an artificial intelligence company co-founded by Elon Musk. Shivon studied economics and philosophy at Yale where she was also a goalkeeper on the women’s ice-hockey team. In 2015, Shivon was included in its ’30 under 30′ list by Forbes magazine in the venture-capital category.

In the year 2017, she got a chance to work in Telsa. She is currently the Director of Operations and Special Projects at Neuralink. She is very close to Musk and after the deal with Twitter, Shivon could be among the top employees running the company. In the year 2020, Shivon made a tweet defending Musk over the decision to move Tesla out of California due to Covid restrictions.

Responding to a member of the California State Assembly, she wrote, “It makes me sad, no one is perfect but I haven’t met anyone who is going through a personal pain for the future of humanity and has worked tirelessly for decades. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion but mine is that there’s no one I respect and admire more.”
