A press conference was organized by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi yesterday on the issue of rising inflation in the country. In which he attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s claims of reducing poverty, unemployment and inflation from the country. The issue of hike in LPG prices by the Modi government was raised by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
In fact, the prices of LPG have been increased twice by the government in 15 days. LPG has become costlier by Rs 50 within 15 days.
Now Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has targeted BJP leaders Smriti Irani and Hema Malini during a media interaction.
He has said that people are searching for Hema Malini and Smriti Irani that when will they sit on the streets with gas cylinders because the prices of gas cylinders are being increased day by day. While these people have maintained silence.

Taking a jibe at BJP MP Hema Malini and Smriti Irani, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that inflation has reached its peak in the country. The government is not able to control inflation.
“On the contrary, the Modi government is continuously working to sell the government properties of the country. Which our ancestors built with their blood and sweat. This government is not doing anything new. Rather, it is selling the government assets that the country has.” Bhupesh Baghel said.
Significantly, before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP leader Smriti Irani had opened a front against the then UPA government against increasing inflation. During that time Smriti Irani used to sit on the streets to protest the rising prices of petrol and gas cylinders.
Today, when the Modi government has continuously worked to break the back of the people by increasing inflation. Then all the BJP leaders are in silence. Contrary to the protest against the rising inflation in the country, strange statements are being made by BJP leaders.
