In this case both these accused have been declared as absconders while charges have also been framed against separatist leaders like Farooq Ahmed Dar alias Bitta Karate, Shabbir Shah, Masarat Alam, Mohammad Yusuf Shah, Aftab Ahmed Shah, Altaf Ahmed Shah.

Let us tell you that Yasin Malik may also try to give a message by pretending to confess his crimes. According to sources, Yasin by confessing his crime to Malik wants to send a message that he is not ready to bow down no matter what he has to face.
