Political clashes have intensified before the fourth phase of voting for the West Bengal assembly elections. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing an election rally on 8 April, said that if the BJP wins in West Bengal, then here too, an Anti-Romeo squad will be made on the lines of UP. On this statement, Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra, hits back at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath over his promise to bring anti-Romeo squads in Bengal.
Mahua Moitra said in a tweet, “Listen to the latest statement of Ajay Bisht aka CM Yogi… ‘If BJP comes to power in Bengal, then you will make anti-Romeo squad.’ We like our music, we like our poems, we like Mishti and yes we like our Romeos. “

Addressing a public meeting on April 8 in West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had said that if the Bharatiya Janata Party forms the government in Bengal, then like Uttar Pradesh, an anti-Romeo squad will be built here and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) All Romeo’s will be in jail.
At the election public meeting in Krishnrampur, Hooghly, Adityanath said that after the BJP comes into government, an anti-Romeo squad will be made in the state for the protection of sisters and daughters and all the Romeo of TMC will be in jail. He also said that Didi (Mamata Banerjee) will also start saying ‘Jai Shri Ram’ after the election results are out on May 2.
