TDMC is a party affiliated to the Democratic Party. It is written in its resolution that these organizations are working to spread hatred against minorities in India and America. Two Democratic lawmakers have been asked to probe the funding of Hindu organizations operating in the US.

The TDMC resolution noted that “most local American elected officials remain unaware and unprepared to deal with the Hindu extremists”.

The resolution claimed that US-based right-wing Hindu groups had “direct and indirect ties to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the right-wing Hindu nationalist paramilitary organisation in India whose ideology are part of Nazism and European fascism.”

The resolution pointed out that Sambit Patra, a “controversial” spokesperson of India’s ruling Hindu supremacist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), “served as Grand Marshall” at a parade held in Edison and Woodbridge towns on Aug 14 to mark the 75th anniversary of India’s freedom.

Anti-fascist people in the US have blamed these organizations for the incidents that happened in the US in the last two months. In fact, on the occasion of Indian Independence Day, in many places in America, an attempt was made to describe the bulldozer as a symbol of achievements in the parade. Many American organizations started criticizing it as a symbol of division and hatred. After this, political and social organizations started opposing the program of Sadhvi Ritambhara to be held in America. So the program itself had to be cancelled.
