FIR against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg: An FIR has been registered against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from Zuckerberg, 48 other people have also been made accused in the case registered on the order of the court. This FIR has been registered regarding the alleged defamatory post of Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav on a page running on Facebook as ‘Bua-Babua’.
According to the report, this FIR has been lodged by Amit Yadav, District Vice President of SP Advocate Sabha, living in Sarhati village of Thathia police station area of Kannauj. This complaint has been filed in the case of making cartoons of Akhilesh Yadav on the Facebook page in the name of ‘Bua-Babua’ and maligning his image.

It has been said in the complaint that cartoons and videos are being posted against Akhilesh Yadav in the Facebook page ‘Bua-Babua’. In the videos and comments, abusive language is allegedly being used for Akhilesh Yadav and this is tarnishing the image of Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party.
In this case, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook page operator and even commenters and sharers have been accused. Let us tell you that Mark Zuckerberg is the CEO of Facebook and the head office of Facebook is in Melio Park City, California. A senior district police official said that during the investigation, Zuckerberg’s name was removed while the Facebook page’s administrator is under investigation.

In protest against this controversial Facebook, the SP leader has filed a report against 49 people including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, group admin in Thathia police station. The police have started investigation after registering a report on the orders of the court. The police is also talking about taking the help of Interpol if needed in the investigation.
This is the case, in fact, a page is being created and shared on Facebook in the name of ‘Bua-Babua’. In which offensive comments are made by putting videos and photos of other political parties including SP, BSP, Congress. Recently, vulgar remarks were made on the page by putting a cartoon of SP’s national president and former CM Akhilesh Yadav.
As soon as the information was received about making offensive remarks against the national president, there was anger among the SPs. After which Ankit Yadav, a resident of Sarhati village of Thathia police station, has filed a report under section 156 against 49 people who like and comment, including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and admin group in Thathia police station.
The SP leader had given a complaint letter to the police demanding action, but the police did not take the matter seriously. After which he has filed a report with the help of the court.
