Looking at the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections 2022 (UP Election), political parties have started preparing their equations. Yesterday, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal announced that AAP will contest the UP assembly elections in 2022, while AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi reached Lucknow today and met Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (BSP) chief Omprakash Rajbhar. During this, Owaisi also made a statement about the Aam Aadmi Party, after which politics OF up has become hot topic.
In fact, after Bihar, Asaduddin Owaisi is also exploring possibilities for expansion of his party in UP. In such a situation, when he was asked if his party will talk to AAP in the UP elections, Owaisi said that ‘I and Omprakash Rajbhar are sitting in front of you. We will work together under his leadership. In such a situation, speculation of contesting elections with AIMIM and AAP has started, however, no such clues have been given from both the parties.

It is known that where big parties like SP-BSP and Congress are beating up to face the Yogi government in UP, then parties like AAP, AIMIM, BSP, are also in the fray to make the election summer more interesting.
Significantly, ‘AAP’ has recently opened its account in Goa’s district panchayat elections. Here, the AAP, led by Sanjay Singh in UP, has been continuously registering its presence on several occasions.
On the other hand, 5 MLAs of Owaisi’s party have won in the recently held Bihar elections. Also, the vote share of the party has also increased in many Muslim-dominated areas of Bihar. In such a situation, Owaisi is now eyeing the UP elections.
For now, what will be the BJP’s strategy in these changed circumstances? How will the party hold power? Also, how it will fail the new political experiments being done by the opposition, will be very interesting to see.
