Taliban punishment given to Dalit youth on suspect of theft, half mustache chopped off

A case of shocking punishment to a Dalit youth has come to light in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The video of the incident is going viral on social media. A Dalit youth was tied to an electric pole and beaten up fiercely on charges of theft. After beating the young man, he was sooted on his face and marched in the whole village. Then half the mustache of the young man was also cut off.

The whole matter is being told of Barkatan Purwa of Hardi police station area of ​​district Bahraich. Where a Dalit youth was caught by some people for stealing the toilet seat of the school and started punishing him. The onlookers present on the spot made a video of the incident and made it viral on social media. The punishment to the youth was also given in such a way which is anti-social.

After the incident came to light, the police on the complaint of the victim registered a case against Radheshyam Mishra, Renu Bajpai and Rakesh Tiwari, residents of Raji intersection, and sent two accused to jail.

Additional Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar said that the victim’s face was blackened. In which an FIR has been registered against three people. Two accused have been sent to jail. The accused said that the youth had come to steal. He’s a drunk. Along with this, he has also gone to Nepal jail in one case. Police is seriously investigating this matter.
