This is an old practice
Even if everyone is surprised to see this unique way of celebration. But this was the discharge of an old practice. Actually, drinking beer in shoes is an old tradition of Australians. This custom is known as Shui.
Drinking in shoes has historically been regarded as bringing good fortune or as a form of torture or partying. Drinking Champagne from women’s slippers is considered a cause of decline in the early 20th century. This practice is still popular in Australia.
This is not the first time a player has followed this tradition. Earlier in the year 2016, motorcycle racer Jack Miller celebrated his victory in a similar way. Later Formula Grand Prix stars and other players from Australia started celebrating their victory in a similar way.
