Many Bollywood celebrities are coming forward to help people struggling with the corona virus epidemic. Actors Swara Bhasker and Richa Chadda took a different approach to make people aware.
In fact, in the Corona era, Swara Bhasker and Richa Chadda are associated with the ‘Find A Bed’ initiative. They shared this on their social media handles, to make people aware and help the needy. Meanwhile, famous DD News journalist Ashok Srivastava made misogynistic comments on the selection of brand ambassadors which included Richa Chadda, Sunny Leone, and Swara Bhasker for the ‘Find A Bed’ initiative. He called the pictures of these actresses ‘inappropriate’.

Shrivastava, a senior journalist, said in a since-deleted tweet in Hindi: ” ‘Find Bed’ is a good initiative, but would have thought before choosing the brand ambassador. Come on, it doesn’t matter, but at least the brand ambassador’s pictures would have been fitted properly. ‘ Richa Chadha was quite enraged by Ashok’s words, she wrote in the reply, ‘Shocked to find that such a misogynistic and evil person has been hired by the Doordarshan, India’s national public service broadcaster. At a time when everyone is doing literally all they can to help, he simply cannot help but out himself as a pervert.’
Ashok Srivastava also tried to take a swipe at actress Swara Bhasker in another tweet, but Swara also responded with sharp words to her. Ashok wrote, ‘Little could be expected of a person who brought ‘vibrators’ to Indian films as a beacon of women empowerment.’
Swara Bhasker gave a strong answer
Responding to this, the actress called out the journo and wrote, “Uncle thoda obsessed nahi lag rahe vibrator se (Doesn’t uncle seem obsessed with vibrators)?!?”
Swara and Richa’s fans are now targeting Ashok Srivastava on social media. Richa Chadha has even blocked Ashok Srivastava’s Twitter profile, she has also shared a screen shot of it. Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu has also given her response in this matter. Taapsee wrote, ‘He writes similar things about me, but I have more important tweets to ignore him. In this way he wants to use his power. ‘
