Aryan Khan gets clean chit in cruise drugs case: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has given a ‘clean chit’ to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the high-profile Mumbai cruise drugs case. News agency ANI has given information about this. Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB along with several others during raids on a cruise in Mumbai last year and claimed to have recovered drugs from them. Aryan Khan got bail from the court after being imprisoned for several weeks.

The NCB on Friday filed a chargesheet in the special court in the drug-on-cruise case, in which Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has not been made an accused. “All the accused persons were found in possession of Narcotics except Aryan and Mohak, reads a statement of Sanjay Kumar Singh, DDG (Operations), NCB.”

The statement of the NCB officer further says, “A complaint against 14 persons under various sections of the NDPS Act is being filed. Complaint against rest six persons is not being filed due to a lack of evidence.”

What was the whole matter, why was Aryan arrested?
Let us tell you that Aryan Khan was caught by the NCB team led by Sameer Wankhede from the cruise ship terminal in Mumbai on the night of October 2, 2021. Along with Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant was also arrested by the NCB. Sameer Wankhede alleged that there was going to be a drug party on the cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa and Aryan Khan was going to be a part of this party. Drugs were caught from Arbaaz’s shoes, although NCB did not find any narcotics near Aryan.

Aryan Khan remained in Arthur Road jail for 26 days in this case
Aryan Khan was in the custody of NCB for a few days, then on 7 October he was sent to judicial custody. Aryan was kept in Arthur Roll Jail in Mumbai and his bail application was rejected twice by the court. Aryan Khan got bail from the court on October 28, 2021 after being in Arthur Road Jail for 26 days. Apart from Aryan Khan, 19 other accused who were arrested in this case, except 2, all are currently out on bail.

SIT of NCB Delhi was investigating the case
Initially, the matter was investigated by NCB Mumbai. Later, an SIT was formed from NCB Headquarters in New Delhi under the chairmanship of DDG (Operations) Sanjay Kumar Singh to investigate the matter, and on November 11, 2021, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) took over the investigation. had taken possession. In March this year, the special court had given an extension of 60 days to the SIT of NCB Delhi to file the charge sheet.

When the media asked Sameer Wankhede a question after Aryan Khan got a clean chit, he distanced himself from the matter. Sameer Wankhede said- “Sorry sorry… I have nothing to say. I am not in NCB. Talk to NCB officials.”

Sameer Wankhede was accused of extorting crores of rupees.The allegation of extortion on Sameer Wankhede was leveled by an independent witness. Prabhakar Sail, who was Kiran Gosavi’s bodyguard, had claimed that a deal of 25 crores was being discussed to release Shahrukh Khan’s son and finally the deal was finalized for 18 crores, out of which 8 crores was to be received by Sameer Wankhede. Prabhakar Sail is now dead. He died of heart-attack.

After this, Minister of Maharashtra Government Nawab Malik opened a front against Wankhede. Nawab Malik made several revelations one by one against Sameer Wankhede. Later Sameer Wankhede was removed from the Aryan case.
