Although the show has reached its last stage. Now producer Ekta Kapoor and host Kangana Ranaut has got a setback before the finale.

Ekta Kapoor accused of copyright

The Hyderabad court has banned the show ‘Lock Upp’. Actually, Ekta Kapoor has been accused of copyright infringement. The petitioner Pride Media Chairman, Sanobar Baig submitted that the City Civil Court of Hyderabad has banned Kangana Ranaut’s controversial show Lock Upp ahead of the finale and said that it will not be streamed on any platform.

Ekta is violating the court order!

The petitioner’s lawyer Jagdishwar Rao said that Ekta Kapoor was not following the order of the court. The order is being violated by Kangana Ranaut.

The petitioner also argued on behalf of Sanobar Baig of Pride Media that the concept named ‘The Jail’ belonged to him, in which a script was prepared to keep 22 celebrities together for 100 days, which was stolen.

Hyderabad City Civil Court stayed

After the allegation of copyright infringement on Ekta Kapoor’s show Lock Upp, the matter reached the court. On February 23, the Hyderabad City Civil Court had banned ‘LockUpp’ to stream on any platform.

Let us tell you that on April 13, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court to stop the telecast of Ekta Kapoor’s show, which the Supreme Court refused to consider and asked to go to the lower court.
