Sanjay Raut dares Modi govt: Amid rising incidents of non-Kashmiris being targeted by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, political parties have asked the government to clarify the situation. On Sunday, terrorists fired indiscriminately at three laborers from Bihar, in which two died. Earlier, on Saturday, a person from UP and one from Bihar was targeted. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Raut has expressed concern over the situation in Jammu and Kashmir and urged the Home Minister and Defense Minister to clarify the situation with the country.

According to news agency ANI, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said, “Situation in J&K is worrisome. Bihari migrants,Kashmiri Pandits,Sikhs are being targeted…When its about Pak, you talk of surgical strikes. Then,it should be done for China too…Defence Min or HM need to tell the nation what’s the situation J-K & Ladakh.”

Raut, while slamming the Centre said, “The removal of Article 370 did not improve the situation in Kashmir, terrorism has increased.”

“Government is playing a role according to political convenience. The people of Kashmir are dying. The government should play a concrete role in Kashmir,” he added. Raut made these remarks a day after two more migrants were shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.

In Jammu and Kashmir, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people due to non-Kashmiris being targeted. There are also reports of some migrants leaving Kashmir with their families. So far 11 outsiders have become victims of terrorists in the Valley this month.
