Another sensational revelation has come to light in the Aryan Khan case, son of Bollywood’s famous actor Shahrukh Khan, after which the problems of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede may increase. In fact, Sam D’Souza has approached the Bombay High Court in the Aryan Khan case, confirming the extortion claims of Prabhakar Sail, an NCB witness linked to Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani. Apart from this, the allegations made by Nawab Malik also seem to be proved correct.
According to a Live Law report, Sam D’Souza has confirmed that he took Rs 50 lakh from Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani at the behest of KP Gosavi to get Aryan Khan out of trouble. However, he decided to return the money after learning that Gosavi was a fraud.
D’Souza said, “After Kiran Gosavi was discovered to be a fraud, the sole motive of the applicant was to recover money and save his image. The money was returned to Pooja Dadlani through her husband.”
Witness Sam D’Souza recently made a big claim in the cruise drugs case. Talking to ABP News, D’Souza had claimed that drugs were not recovered from Aryan Khan. Sam had also said that Kiran Gosavi wanted to deal with money. Along with this, he also claimed that a person named Sunil was getting instructions from Gosavi.
It is worth noting that during the drug case related to the cruise party, the raid was done, in which Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was also caught by the NCB. The arrest was called fake by Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik. Along with this, he had also made many serious allegations against NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, who was investigating the case. Every day, Nawab Malik keeps accusing Wankhede in some way or the other regarding the Aryan Khan drugs case.
A few days after Nawab Malik’s allegations, Prabhakar Sail, an independent witness in the case, had accused of extortion in the case. In this, he talked about ‘Rs 25 crore deal’. Prabhakar, who worked as Gosavi’s personal bodyguard, had said that he was made to sign on blank paper at the NCB office.
Sail alleged that Gosavi had met Sam D’Souza and Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani in a car the same evening. The NCB witness said that he received the cash from Gosavi and personally gave it to D’Souza.
Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik recently made a sensational allegation that Wankhede was illegally tapping the phones of Bollywood actors, politicians and businessmen in Mumbai with the help of two private individuals.
