Rebel leader Eknath Shinde met Devendra Fadnavis in Vadodara last night, discussion on government formation took place: Media report

Amidst the ongoing political uprising in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena’s rebel leader Eknath Shinde has met BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis last night (25 -06 -22).

According to media reports, there has been a discussion on government formation between the two. This meeting has happened at a time when the war within Shiv Sena has intensified over the real Shiv Sena.

Uddhav Thackeray may have less number of MLAs, but his exercise to establish control over the party has intensified.

A meeting of the National Executive of Shiv Sena was called on Saturday, in which Uddhav Thackeray has been given the right to take action against the rebels. Along with this, party officials have also expressed confidence in his leadership.

According to the information, Eknath Shinde had reached Vadodara by special plane, where both the leaders met. Although. Home Minister Amit Shah was also present in Vadodara on Friday, although nothing has been said about his presence in the meeting.

After this meeting, Shinde returned to the five-star hotel in Guwahati where more than 40 rebel MLAs are camping. This meeting comes at a time when the Thackeray faction of Shiv Sena has applied to the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly and 16 MLAs Said to be disqualified. ,

In the midst of all this, now an application has been made to the Deputy Speaker and it has been said to disqualify 16 MLAs. In this regard, the Deputy Speaker has given two days’ time to these MLAs and asked them to give a written reply by 5.30 pm on June 27. On the other hand, Shinde faction has questioned this action and said that the whip does not apply for the party meeting.

Sanjay Raut’s advice to Devendra Fadnavis
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut had given a different advice to former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Shiv Sena spokesperson said that Fadnavis should stay away from this issue, otherwise he will be trapped. Raut described Devendra Fadnavis as the mastermind of the revolt in Shiv Sena. The Shiv Sena leader said, “I will give only one advice to Devendra Fadnavis, do not involve yourself in this crisis.”

The Shinde faction has already said that the Shiv Sena should come out of the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance with the NCP-Congress and join hands with its natural ally, the BJP. Eknath Shinde had also said that a national force was behind him. The rebel faction has also said that the name of their new faction will be Shiv Sena Balasaheb and the party will move ahead on the basis of their ideology.
