Producer of PM Modi’s biopic and Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend Sandip Ssingh was heavily suspected in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case due to several sting operations and reports from Republic TV and Arnab Goswami.
Now the producer Sandeep Singh has sent a defamation notice to Republic TV. The notice claims defamation of 200 crores. Sandeep Singh posted the notice on Instagram and wrote – it is payback time.

The legal notice sent by his lawyer Rajesh Kumar on behalf of Sandeep Singh stated that the channel had shown news of defamation against Sandeep Singh with criminal intent, while Sushant Singh Rajput and Sandeep had known each other since the days of struggle. It seems Attempts were made to disrupt the investigations being conducted by the CBI and Mumbai Police by including Sandeep in TV debates, programs and social media almost daily without any evidence.
In the notice, Sandeep Ssingh has accused Republic TV of showing objectionable news citing various programs aired between August 3 and September 13. The notice also accuses, the channel of wrongly linking Sandeep’s name with Disha Salian case. Also, there has been a demand to remove all programs shown on the channel and news posted on digital platforms.
In the notice, the Republic TV and Arnab Goswami have been asked to apologize unconditionally through written and video. Also, there has been a demand for 200 crores compensation for defaming his reputation in public.
You should know that the dead body of Sushant Singh Rajput was found on 14 June at his Bandra residence. CBI is currently investigating Sushant’s death and according to media reports. The investigating agency can soon submit its closure report on this. However, the forensic team of AIIMS has considered Sushant’s death as suicide and denied any conspiracy. AIIMS has submitted its investigation report to the CBI.
