Indian football team goalkeeper Amrinder Singh on Thursday (September 30) appealed to media houses and journalists to stop tagging him on Twitter amid rumors of former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh joining the BJP.

Footballer Amrinder Singh wrote on Twitter on Thursday (September 30), “Dear news media and journalist, I am Amrinder Singh, the goalkeeper of the Indian football team, not the former chief minister of Punjab state. Please stop tagging me.”
