“Only Publicity Minister can lie to this level”: Kanhaiya Kumar slams PM Modi as he praises UP govt for Covid management

PM Modi has reached his parliamentary constituency Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh today. Before this visit of Prime Minister Modi, the state has been declared as the number one state of India by putting up big hoardings in Uttar Pradesh.

PM Modi, who reached Varanasi, also showered praises on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

PM Modi says that Uttar Pradesh has been handled very well by the Yogi government during the second wave of corona infection. Uttar Pradesh is one of the states with the highest number of testing for Covid.

On this, CPI Kanhaiya Kumar has targeted Prime Minister Modi. He tweeted slamming PM Modi that only our famous rhetoric publicity minister can speak a lie of this level.

In fact, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had reached Uttar Pradesh today to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate more than Rs 1500 crore projects related to the development of Varanasi. During this, he has described Varanasi as a big medical hub of Purvanchal.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi while praising the ongoing development works in Uttar Pradesh said that I have been discussing about this for a long time. Because the list of development works of Uttar Pradesh is so long that it will not end so soon. I do not understand which development works in UP should be discussed and which should not be left.

It is worth noting that we have seen the truth of the development works of Uttar Pradesh during the second wave of Covid pandemic. When beds, medicines and oxygen were not available for the treatment of patients in the state hospitals.

Thousands of families have lost their people due to lack of treatment. CM Yogi’s image has suffered a lot in this context. Now before the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, BJP is trying to improve the image of the Yogi government.
