In her conversation, Mandana said, “Sure, I will not name the filmmaker, but I want to add here clearly that it is not the name that is going around, which is Anurag Kashyap. Anurag was my friend and we are still friends. I have seen the headlines. It’s not done. It’s very unethical and unfortunate. I want to repeat again here, it’s a sad state of news and headlines- picking names, putting words into people’s mouths.”

Mandana further clarified that the filmmaker whom she talked about on the show was not her friend and said that she does not know how people started discussing with any name. The actress said, “I never said those words. Yes, I had a secret, which I shared exclusively on the show. I needed to share a secret for the format of the show. I didn’t become an actress yesterday. I understand that the life of an actress becomes a public story because her personal life gets dominated by the media.”
‘The person I was in a relationship with’
The actress further said that while writing words get twisted and I have taken everything drama and headlines with a pinch of salt. I don’t know how people came up with some names. How can people play with names? This is the sad reality of social media and news. The person I was in a relationship with was not my friend. On coming out of the show, Mandana told that I have chosen peace in my life. I feel sorry for my fans who thought that I would be on the show for so long.
