Kevin Pietersen comes in support of Virat Kohli, said ‘People can only dream about what you’ve done in cricket’

Virat Kohli is constantly under target of critics due to his poor performance. Talking about the tour of England, after the Test, Virat’s bat has remained silent in T20 and then ODI matches. Virat’s highest score on this tour is 20 runs, which he scored in the second innings of Edgbaston Test.

When Virat was out after an innings of 16 runs in Lord’s ODI, Pakistan captain and his biggest rival Babar Azam tweeted in his support. He wrote, “This too shall pass. Stay strong!”

Now former England captain Kevin Pietersen has also come out in support of Virat Kohli. He has said that people only dream of achieving what Kohli has achieved in cricket. He has supported Virat through tweet.

Ahead of Sunday’s decider match, Pietersen shared a picture of himself with Virat and wrote, “You go big guy! People can only dream about what you’ve done in cricket. And they’re some of the best players that have played the game.”

Kevin Pietersen did not stop there, he said through a post on the photo sharing app Instagram, “Buddy, your career has had some of the best that have played the game only wish they could have done what you have(so far). Be proud, walk tall & enjoy life. There’s way more than just the bubble of cricket out there. You’ll be back, @virat.kohli”

Let us tell you that ever since Team India has been announced for the West Indies tour and Kohli’s name is not there in that squad, he has been on the target of critics since then. People are also saying about him that he has not been rested but dropped.
