Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Dhaakad’ replaced with ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Dhaakad’ has collapsed at the box office. The makers had high expectations from this film made with a big budget. The film had a direct box office clash with Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. While Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 collected 55 crores in the first weekend, Dhaakad got beaten badly by earning only about 3.5 crores in three days. There are also reports that ‘Dhaakad’ has got zero audience at some places due to which its show had to be cancelled.

According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, there was absolutely no enthusiasm among the audience to watch ‘Dhaakad’. There were reports that there were a handful of audience in the theaters on the first day. Several shows across the country were canceled due to lack of audience. On top of that, the truth spoken for the film was terrifying. ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ has been well received by the audience. As a result, that the film is progressing well while Dhaakad has been completely rejected from the audience.

‘Dhaakad had a limited release in single screen. On Saturday, many cinemas pulled it out as there was no point in running a film inside large single screen theaters with less than 10-15 audiences. Multiplexes also curtailed the show to some extent. There will be a huge shortage from Monday as there is a tremendous demand for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Hence, its show will be replaced with the show of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
Dhaakad has been prepared in a big budget of 100 crores, for which Kangana has also charged 20 crores. The low earning of this big budget film is quite disappointing. On the other hand, if we look at the record of Kangana’s last few films, since Tanu Weds Manu Returns in 2015, she has not had any blockbusters. Since then, Kangana’s 8 films have been released, out of which only Judgmental Hai Kya, Panga and Manikarnika have been able to extract the budget. All the other films have not been able to earn as much as their budget.
Whether it is the debate of Bollywood vs South or nepotism, Kangana has been constantly cursing the Hindi film industry. And now her film is not getting the audience.
