Kangana Ranaut Stirs New Controversy, Demands ‘Slave India’ To Be Renamed As ‘Bharat’

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is spending more time on social media these days. Kangana Ranaut, who is often in the headlines for her statements and posts. She now has a problem with the name ‘India’. This is because she thinks that India is the name of slavery. On Tuesday, Kangana Ranaut called for an end to the name ‘India’ and said the country should be addressed as ‘Bharat’.

Kangana Ranaut’s habit of being in the news has now become a habit, she has to face trolling many times for her strange statements. The actress, who was evicted from Twitter, recently made a post on her Koo account, about which the discussion has intensified. In her post, Kangana Ranaut called ‘India’ as ‘slave name’, her post is now becoming increasingly viral. She said that if we keep on ‘imitating’ the western world, the country will never progress.

In her post, Kangana wrote, ‘India can progress only if its roots remain rooted in its ancient spirituality and wisdom, which is the soul of our great civilization.’

Kangana further says, ‘If we take our development to new heights by not cheap coping of the western world, then the world will look up to us and we will emerge as a world leader. Our roots are deeply rooted in the Vedas, Gita and Yoga. Can we change the slave name ‘India’ to ‘Bharat’ again.’ Kangana has also shared a screen shot of her Ku post on Instagram, to which her fans are reacting fiercely.

Kangana wrote in her next post, ‘The British gave us the slave name ‘India’… which literally means east of the river Indus. Would you like to call your babies short nose, second birth or worse C section? What kind of name is this, half-hearted. Let me tell you the true meaning of the word India. It is made up of three Sanskrit words – Bha (Bhava), Ra (Raag), Ta (Tal). Yes, this was our identity before we became slaves. We are the most culturally and aesthetically developed civilization.’

Kangana did not stop here, she further said, ‘Every name has a vibration, the British had told this very well, so they gave new names not only to places but also to people and important monuments. We have to regain our lost glory, let’s start with the name ‘Bharat’. Let us tell you that in May, Twitter took action against Kangana Ranaut for sharing inflammatory tweets after the West Bengal elections. Recently, she also raised questions on Instagram and urged her fans to use ‘koo’ app.
