Kangana Ranaut calls writer Kanika ‘Hindu phobic’ & ‘Anti India’: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan’s film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ has been facing boycott for a long time and now people have opened a front on social media against Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Raksha Bandhan’. Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ is being fiercely opposed on Twitter. Actually, some old tweets of Akshay Kumar and writer of the film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ Kanika Dhillon are now going viral on social media, which people on social media have claimed to be anti-Hindu. Now the controversial queen of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has also jumped into this issue.

The actress has also shared on ‘Boycott Rakshabandhan’, in which Kangana Ranaut has targeted the writer of ‘Rakshabandhan’ and called her tweet anti-Hindu. Kangana has posted the screenshot of a viral tweet related to Kanika on her Instagram story, on which the actress wrote, “Ha ha nothing affects them as much as financial loss… only the fear of financial loss can make them delete Hindu phobic and anti India tweets, nothing else… interesting.”

What is the whole controversy?
Kanika is the writer of the Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Raksha Bandhan. Social media users have been expressing their angst against Kanika by urging others to not watch her upcoming venture. The Kanika has targeted BJP and PM Narendra Modi in many of her tweets. According to a media report, Kanika has now deleted many of her old tweets on which people have expressed their anger. Many claimed that Kanika has repeatedly attacked Hindu beliefs and religious sentiments, hence her film should be boycotted. Check out some of the tweets here:
When is the movie coming?
Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ is releasing on August 11. Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film will tell the story of a brother and four sisters. The pair of Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar will be seen in the film. However, the film will face ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ at the box office. This film of Aamir Khan is also releasing on 11th August.
