The CEO of the franchise said, “He has a rib injury, which he suffered during the match played against Royal Challengers Bangalore (on 04 May). We have only two games left and further we thought that he should have more injury. Shouldn’t take the risk.”

According to several media reports, Chennai Super Kings has also unfollowed Ravindra Jadeja from their Instagram and Twitter handles, due to which the headlines of the fIPL eud between the two have been boosted. According to the news of Cricbuzz, even the national selectors were not aware of this injury.
Let us tell you that even before the start of IPL 2022, Jadeja was made the captain of Chennai Super Kings. However, under Jadeja’s captaincy, CSK had lost six out of eight matches. After this Dhoni was again made the captain of the team.
