IPL 2022, KKR vs SRH: Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Kolkata Knight Riders by seven wickets today on the back of scintillating innings from Rahul Tripathi and Aidan Markram. Rahul Tripathi played an innings of 71 runs off 37 balls. Whereas in the 18th over, Markram gave his team victory by hitting two consecutive sixes. Markram played an innings of 68 runs in 36 balls. He hit six fours and four sixes in his innings.

The 25th match of IPL 2022 was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Brabourne Stadium on Friday. Hyderabad won the toss and decided to bowl first. Going to bat first, Kolkata team scored 175 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. In response, Hyderabad has had a poor start. But half-centuries from Rahul Tripathi and Aidan Markram helped Hyderabad win the match by seven wickets. With this, Sunrisers won their third consecutive match in the tournament. Hyderabad scored 176 runs in 17.5 overs for the loss of 3 wickets.

The first wicket of Hyderabad fell in the form of Abhishek Sharma (3 runs). Captain Kane Williamson was dismissed for 17 runs in 16 balls. Rahul Tripathi scored 71 runs in 37 balls and Markram scored an unbeaten 68 off 36 balls.

Earlier, Kolkata had a bad start. Aaron Finch was dismissed after scoring 7 runs. Venkatesh Iyer 6 and Narine also returned to the pavilion after scoring 6 runs. Captain Shreyas was dismissed for 28 runs. Wicket-keeper batsman Sheldon Jackson was dismissed for 7 runs. Nitish Rana played an important innings of 54 runs in 36 balls. Natarajan has taken three and Malik has taken two wickets. For the team, Rana scored 54 runs. Russell played an unbeaten 49 off 25 balls.
