IPL 2022, DC vs LSG: Another exciting match was seen in the Indian Premier League on Sunday. In the match between Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants, which went till the last over, KL Rahul’s Lucknow won. Delhi needed 21 runs in the last over, the team also hit two sixes but could not win.
In this match, Lucknow won the toss and elected to bat first and this decision proved to be correct. Lucknow scored 195 on the basis of KL Rahul’s brilliant 77 runs. In reply, Delhi Capitals could only score 189 runs and were 6 runs away from victory.
Delhi Capitals needed 21 runs in the last over. The pair of Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel was on the crease during this period. Lucknow gave the responsibility of the last over to Marcus Stoinis. Kuldeep Yadav definitely hit a six on the first ball, but Delhi still could not achieve the target.
Mohsin Khan created a big impact in the DC vs LSG contest as he picked up four wickets in Mach 45 of IPL 2022. One of the highlights of Mohsin’s spell was the wicket of Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant.Â
Pant smashed 44 off 30 balls and was the best batter for DC on that day. However, he continued to struggle against Mohsin. And the pacer was smart enought to effect this dismissal. Mohsin finished with 4 for 16 from his four overs.Â
