Akshay Kumar’s film Rakshabandhan is releasing on August 11. Khiladi Kumar is super excited about this film based on the love and beautiful relationship of brothers and sisters. But even before the release, there is talk of boycotting Akshay Kumar’s film. #BoycottRakshaBandhan is trending on Twitter. Now Akshay Kumar has broken his silence on this and has given a befitting reply to the haters.
Talking on the Boycott trend, Akshay Kumar has now requested the trolls not to trend such things, because the Indian film industry helps the country’s economy. On the Boycott trend, Akshay Kumar said, “If you don’t feel like watching the movie, then don’t. It’s a free country and the film is out there, so if someone wants to watch it or not, it’s up to them.”
He further said, “I would like to tell you, no matter which industry it is, be it the clothing industry, film industry or anything else, all of these help the economy. But doing things like boycotting movies, it doesn’t make sense.”
Akshay Kumar’s film Raksha Bandhan is directed by Aanand L Rai. In the film, Akshay’s beautiful bond will be seen with his four sisters. Apart from Akshay, Bhumi Pednekar will also be seen in the lead role in the film. The film is clashing with Aamir Khan’s Lal Singh Chaddha. There is talk of boycotting Aamir’s film too. Now let’s see which movie gets more love from the audience.
