In fact, BJP MLA Dinesh Rawat, who won from Haidergarh assembly seat, was heard saying that those who did not vote for him should not expect any favors from him. He said, “These people should not come to me for any kind of help or assistance. I will only help those who have voted for me.”

A video clip of his speech has now gone viral on social media. Rawat defeated his SP rival by a margin of over 25,000 votes. He has become an MLA for the first time.

This statement of the BJP MLA is getting a lot of criticism. People say that while BJP talks about ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’, BJP MLA Dinesh Rawat says that he will help only those people who have voted for him.

According to the report of news agency IANS, a senior BJP functionary said that these new MLAs will take some time to get back to normal after their resounding victory. However, we are asking them to be polite and treat people with respect.
