There is a continuous backlash between BJP leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga and BJP MP Subramanian Swamy on social media. This fight which started with a photo has now reached VP Singh’s government.
BJP MP Subramanian Swamy continues to write against the foreign and finance policies of his own government. BJP has also become uncomfortable due to Swamy speaking against these policies at times, but Swamy, who is known for his outspokenness, hardly cares about these things.
Due to these criticisms of Swamy, National Secretary of BJP Yuva Morcha Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga shared a photo and accused Swamy of joining hands with the opposition. Later that photo turned out to be fake. After which Swamy had demanded action. From here, the war of words started between the two leaders has reached to the point of toppling the government.
In the midst of this retaliation, Swamy said in a reply that I also toppled VP Singh’s government and formed Chandrashekhar’s government with the support of Rajiv Gandhi. Then I helped PVNR government against BJP. Don’t provoke me I have joined BJP with the blessings of RSS and VHP. Ideology matters.
While sharing the screenshot of this reply, Bagga also said some objectionable things in the tweet against Swamy. Bagga said, “Listen @swamy39 give this threat to someone else. This is Modi, 3600 people like you came and went and remember one thing
“Salt according to taste and bitterness according to reputation”.
Earlier, Subramanian Swamy had said that Bagga had gone to jail several times before joining the BJP. If true then Nadda should know. After this, Bagga also hits back and said that you have 48 hours to prove the allegations against me.
Both of them have made many allegations against each other on Twitter. So far, the party has not taken any stand directly between these two.
