Disha was granted bail by a Delhi Patiala House court on Tuesday. The court granted bail on the ground that there was no evidence of treason against Disha.

There is no evidence that Disha has links with separatist organizations. The court also said that Disha had no connection with the accused in the Red Fort attack. Meanwhile, Disha has been granted bail on strict conditions. She was released on bail on the 10th day of her arrest.

Taapsee Pannu tweets:

Disha was remanded in custody for three days last Friday. The Patiala court itself remanded Disha in custody. The court, which heard the case on February 20, had adjourned the case till May 23 to pronounce judgment.

Disha’s mother Manjula Nanjaya had yesterday said that she would like to thank all those who supported Disha during the crisis.

‘I’m happy now. I believe in the justice system in India. The truth will come out no matter how late. Thanks to everyone who stood up for Disha. I need to give her a hug. Food should be served to her. That is the wish now, ‘said Disha’s mother.

Disha’s mother said that no matter how many crises come, they should always trust the words of their children and always stand firm for them.

Disha Ravi, a college student, has been arrested by the Delhi Police in connection with the Greta Thunberg tool kit case. She was arrested on February 13 in Bangalore. The court will hear the petitions of Shantanu Mukul and Nikita Jacob in the toolkit case.
