Sadhvi Ritambhara, who had arrived to participate in a program named Ram Mahotsav, has given a controversial statement. She called upon the Hindus to have four children.
Sadhvi Ritambhara had come to participate in Ramotsav program organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Kanpur. Addressing the program, she said that every Hindu should come out of the thinking of two children. Every Hindu should now have four children. Two of these children should be for the family and the remaining two should be handed over to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) so that they can contribute to the national sacrifice. She further said that the nation should be paramount for us.
Many children participated in the program in the costume of Lord Rama. Sadhvi said that the political parties of the country divided Hindus but Shri Ram’s conduct would unite the entire society.
On the other hand, Sadhvi Ritambhara also said that those involved in attacks on Hanuman Jayanti procession at Jahangirpuri in New Delhi on Saturday are jealous of the country’s rise and progress. “Those attacking the procession in Delhi are jealous of India’s progress. Hindus are agitated by the attacks on their religious processions and Muslims should understand that this is not right,” she said while taking part in a grand ‘Ramotsav’ at Nirala Nagar Railway Ground.
Before Sadhvi, hatemonger Mahant Yati Narasimhanand of Dasna temple in Ghaziabad had also called upon Hindus to have more children. Speaking at an event in Himachal, Narasimhanand, who is out on bail, said that Hindus should produce more and more children if India is to be prevented from becoming an Islamic country.
