Ganguly Had No Business To Speak On Behalf of Selectors: Former chairman for selectors Dilip Vengsarkar

It is not within the jurisdiction of Ganguly whether a captain is selected or removed by the selection committee.”

“Virat has made a significant contribution to Indian cricket and his country and he deserved a better farewell.  But how they dealt with him, it must have definitely hurt him. Removing Indian captains unnecessarily is an old tradition of the board. This needs to be changed,” he said.
