Terrorists shot and killed Rajasthan bank manager Vijay Kumar in Kulgam, Kashmir. Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri, who made ‘The Kashmir Files’, has expressed regret over this news.
Tagging the Prime Minister on the death of Vijay Kumar through his Twitter handle, he said that the time has come to wage a war against terrorism.
Vivek Agnihotri wrote in his tweet, “OMG. Bank Manager Vijay Kumar of Rajasthan killed by Terrorists in Kashmir. Now it’s not just against Pandits, it’s against all Hindus. Time for @narendramodi govt to wage a war against terrorism. Also, it’s time for Muslims to speak against terrorism and stand up for Hindus.”
Taking a dig at Vivek Agnihotri, Journalist Amit Mishra took, “For him it’s just #content for #KashmirFiles 2!” To which Agnihotri replied, “So Comrade, you think Kashmir Files 2 should be made? That means you won’t stop supporting terrorism.”
In response, Amit Mishra wrote, “Don’t cry Com Vivek, it’s time for a reality check. And yes Kashmir Files Two must be made but without any agenda.”
Let us tell you that Vivek Agnihotri’s film ‘The Kashmir Files’ was surrounded by controversies before and after its release. Now that terrorist incidents are happening in Kashmir, the director is facing backlash from all sections of the society. Even Kamal R. Khan has also targeted Vivek Agnihotri after the incident.
