Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav took a jibe at the CBI, Income Tax and ED over their functioning under Narendra Modi government. During a press conference on Thursday (11 August 2022), Tejashwi invited the central investigative agencies to open offices at his house. In fact, during the conference, when he was asked a question about the action of the central investigative agencies, he said these things.
Giving an open challenge to CBI, ED and Income Tax, the Deputy CM said, “All of them are most welcome. I invite CBI, Income Tax and ED to come and open your office in my house.” Tejashwi Yadav further said, “Still, what can I do if they do not find peace? We have no objections to whatever they want to probe against us.”
RJD leader said during this, “I did not fear these agencies even during my first tenure as deputy CM, when I was much younger. I used to fight with the Centre for Bihar interests. I have, since, matured, having served as leader of the opposition and steered the party campaign in last assembly elections when my father was not available.”
Tejashwi Yadav took oath as the Deputy CM of Bihar on Wednesday (August 10). Soon after taking the oath, he made a big statement and said that he will give bumper jobs to the poor and youth within a month. He said that jobs will be given on such a large scale as never before.

Regarding Nitish Kumar coming out of NDA and forming the government with RJD, he had said that Bihar did what the country needed to do. We have shown the way to the country. He said that the people of Bihar wanted to see us in power and we have come back to power.
Earlier speaking to NDTV, Tejashwi Yadav had said, “In the Hindi speaking region, BJP has no alliance partner. What the BJP is doing is known to everyone in Bihar, rather what it is doing in every state of the country is to buy what it sells and scare those who are afraid.
