‘Don’t threaten me’: Munawar Faruqui clashed with Kangana Ranaut on the launch of ‘Lock Upp’

Bollywood’s controversial queen Kangana Ranaut is making her OTT debut through Ekta Kapoor’s OTT reality show ‘Lock Upp’ which has started from yesterday. Kangana is hosting this show. The show is being shown absolutely free on OTT Alt Balaji and MX Player. In the first episode of the show yesterday, Munawar Faruqui was seen taking the entry as the first contestant in the show.

During this, he had a fierce argument with Kangana Ranaut. Munawar Farooqui also got into an argument with comedian Sunil Pal came on the show as a guest. Kangana asked him, “Munawar, why are you here? I hope you’re not here to mess with me. Mazaak kar rai hu yaar. Hum bhi toh joke maar sakte haina (I am just kidding. I can crack a joke too right?).” Munawar replied, “Bas thoda funny nahi tha (Just that it wasn’t too funny).”

Munawar added, “Mujhe comedy se kuch change nahi karna hai. Kalakaar kranti nahi la paaya aaj tak (I don’t want to change anything from my comedy. No artist has been able to bring a revolution with their work).” Kangana and Sunil Pal laugh out loud at Munawwar Farooqui’s bach. After that Kangana says, “Agar yahan pe saza-e-maut hoti toh inko de di jaati (I would have announced the death penalty for him if it were allowed),” On this, Munawar replied, “Mereko dhamkiyan mat dijiye (Don’t threaten me).”

After this, Kangana takes the bag that Munawar brought with him and says, “You have not come on any trip, so take out any three items from this bag, which you want to take inside the lock-up.” Munawar takes out a green t-shirt, which is his favorite, as well as removes topi and chadar from his bag to offer Namaz, on which Kangana seems to be quite impressed.

Let us tell you that Munawar Faruqui has taken too many digs at Kangana Ranaut on social media. These tweets of Munawar are now going viral on social media. Munawar Faruqui had targeted Kangana Ranaut’s rant on nepotism and her views through tweets.
