Devraj Patel, originally hailing from Mahasamund district, had been residing in Raipur district for his video-related work. Tragically, on Monday, while preparing to shoot a video in the Labhandi area of Raipur city, he met with a fatal accident involving a speeding truck. Devraj Patel succumbed to his injuries on the spot. He was a resident of Daab Pali village in Mahasamund district, where his entire family resides. His father, Ghanshyam Patel, is engaged in farming, and he has a brother named Hemant Patel.
Devraj Patel had amassed a substantial following on YouTube, with over 400,000 subscribers. His videos consistently garnered millions of views, showcasing his comedic talent across various topics. In 2021, this renowned comedian from Delhi collaborated with Bhuvan Bam in the popular series Dhindhora.
Additionally, Devraj was actively involved in producing documentary films for the Chhattisgarh government, establishing a close relationship with Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. Notably, he had created a viral video with the Chief Minister last year, which spread like wildfire on social media.
