Bindiyarani Devi lifted a weight of 86 kg in the snatch. She was third behind the snatch, but lifted a Commonwealth Games record weight in the clean and jerk. He lifted the weight of 116 kg and won the silver medal. Nigeria’s Adijat Olarinoy won the gold medal. Olarinoy won the gold medal by lifting a total of 203 kg, creating a Games record.
