“Crocodiles are innocent”: Rahul Gandhi takes a Royal dig at PM Modi on his emotional speech

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has shared a symbolic picture mocking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ’emotional’ speech during a virtual meeting. Rahul Gandhi shared a picture of a crocodile on his Twitter account amid criticism that Modi’s tears during his speech were crocodile tears.

On Saturday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tweeted that crocodiles are innocent. Rahul Gandhi’s reference was towards the PM Modi.

Many people are responding to the post that Modi’s cry could not get a bigger trolling than this.

Earlier, many people, including Prashant Bhushan, had criticized Modi for his emotional speech. Bhushan tweeted that if you do not know about crocodile tears, you can see it here.

Former BJP leader and Union Minister Yashwant Sinha had said that he is tired of the Prime Minister’s daily performance.

He said “What is needed today is stern steps against Covid in collaboration with the chief ministers and not shedding crocodile tears in front of cameras.”

PM Modi was reportedly addressing health workers in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

The Prime Minister was emotional during the meeting, saying that there are many deaths in the country because of Covid-19.
