Noida BJP MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma, who came to Bulandshahr, has blamed the policies of the Congress government for the rising prices of gas and petrol. He said that due to the policies made during the time of the Congress government, the price of petrol and diesel is increasing, which is no longer under the control of the government. He said that the government is also taking steps on whether petrol and diesel should be brought under the purview of GST, whenever the state government asks.
Dr. Mahesh Sharma had gone to attennd a ceremony organized to honor the newly elected village heads, BDC members of Secunderabad block area, after attending Noida BJP MP and former Union Minister Dr. Mahesh Sharma said during the press conference that Ghazipur incident is condemnable, the organization minister of the state BJP should not have been attacked. Police will investigate the matter and take action.
When asked about rising fuel prices, he blamed the policies of the Congress government for the rising petrol-diesel prices and said that Congress had linked diesel-petrol prices to the international price index during its tenure.
Due to which the government is no longer controlling its prices, due to the same wrong policies, the prices of petrol and diesel are increasing. He said that our government is also taking steps on whether petrol diesel should be brought under the purview of GST, whenever the state governments ask.
He said that no matter how long the farmers’ movement lasted, but the farmers did not let the supply of vegetables, milk in cities and towns get affected, but cooperated. He also appealed to the newly elected village governments for all round development of their villages.
He also claimed that now the government has done the work of curbing corruption by sending money directly into the account of village heads for the all-round development of the villages. Regional MLA Vimala Solanki, District President of BJP etc. were present in the award ceremony. Village heads and BDC members of Secunderabad block area were also honored in the award ceremony.
