AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has suffered a major setback in Bihar. Four out of five MLAs of his party have joined the RJD. Barring AIMIM state president Akhtarul Iman, the remaining four MLAs left the party. All the MLAs along with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav reached the assembly speaker on Wednesday.
RJD has vandalized Owaisi’s party in Bihar. Tejashwi Yadav will give full information about this by holding a press conference on Wednesday evening. In the last assembly elections, 5 MLAs from Owaisi’s AIMIM had reached the assembly after winning. Four of these MLAs have now left the party. These include the names of Shahnawaz, Mohammad Anjar Naimi, Mohammad Izhar Asafi and Syed Ruknuddin.
RJD became the largest party in Bihar
The RJD has become the single largest party in the Bihar assembly after four MLAs came from Owaisi’s party. The party now has a total of 80 MLAs. BJP has reached the second number with 78 MLAs.
It is being told that Tejashwi Yadav wanted to merge the AIMIM Legislature Party with RJD for a long time. He was constantly in touch with the MLAs of Owaisi’s party. But talks of merger with AIMIM state president Akhtarul Iman could not be made. But Tejashwi was successful in attracting four out of the five MLAs to his party.
