Ban on entry inside park, mall, restaurant in school dress: A big decision of the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has come regarding school students and girl students. Now in UP, students up to class 12th will not be allowed entry in malls, parks and restaurants in school dress. The Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has issued this order.

According to this decision, now children in school uniform can not go out for a walk. In this matter, the member of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Dr. Suchita Chaturvedi has written a letter to all the district magistrates of the state.

In the letter issued by Dr. Suchita Chaturvedi, it has been said, ‘Such things have come to the notice of the Commission that every day school students bunk their classes and go for public places. In such a situation, there are always more chances of unpleasant incidents happening with any child, due to which the commission has issued this letter.

The commission takes cognizance of children up to 18 years
Dr. Suchita Chaturvedi told that I myself am a social woman and I always have to go out. In such a situation, when I saw children in school dress in many public places, I asked people about them. In response, people told me that these are school children and have gone out for a walk after bunking the school. So taking this suo motu cognizance, we have taken this decision. Since the commission takes cognizance of children from zero to 18 years, we have taken this matter into consideration.

Information will have to be given on the action every week
This order letter of Shuchita Chaturvedi has been issued to all the district magistrates of the state and has also sought information on the action to be taken in a week. The commission has said that the entry of students in school dress should be banned in public places in all the districts during school. Within a week, the commission should also be informed that in how many districts, how much action has been taken on this order.
