Fans for cricket in India go to any extent. Only a 21 -year -old man has been murdered in Tamil Nadu. The killer has been arrested by the police. Police say that there was a debate between the two people about who is a better cricketer in Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. The incident consists of cricket fan S Dharmaraj, who has been accused of killing 24 -year -old P Vignesh, and both are residents of Poyur village in Ariyalur district.
After this incident, ‘Arrest Kohli” is trending on social media. Since Saturday morning, tweets are being made continuously with this hashtag. In this, the old tweets of Virat Kohli’s fan are also going viral.
Police say both have drunk alcohol. The Kailapasur police said in a statement, ‘Both had consumed alcohol. According to preliminary investigation, Vignesh was supporting Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL), while Dharmaraj is a supporter of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
During his debate, Vignesh allegedly made fun of RCB and Virat Kohli. Dharmaraja, who stuttered Vignesh, had a habit of doing body shame. That day he made some comments comparing RCB team with the difficulty of speaking Dharmaraj. On this, Dharmaraja got angry and hit Vignesh with bottle. Later hit his head with a cricket bat.
The incident took place on Tuesday night near the industrial area of Mallur. The next morning, the Karigars going to work saw Nignesh’s body and informed the police about it.
