During an interview, Anupam Kher said, ‘I am not a part of the mainstream cinema of India today. I am not doing any Karan Johar film, I am not doing any Sajid Nadiadwala film, I am not doing any Aditya Chopra film because I am not getting offers. I was the favorite of all these people.”

He further said, “I have done all their films. But now I am not blaming them for not casting me. But because they weren’t casting me in their films, I found a way. I did a Tamil film called ‘Connect’, I did a Telugu film named ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’ and also did the ‘Uchaai’ of Sooraj Barjatya.”

Further, Anupam Kher said, “I could sit and say that hey man, my friends and me who were so close at one time do not take me in films anymore, so what should I do now I am finished. Obviously it hurts me, it hurts why they don’t take me in their films? All I can say is that sometimes when one door closes, many windows and doors open.”

Let us inform that Anupam Kher is also going to be seen in Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’.
