Another shocking twist in Aryan Khan case: Witness Prabhakar Sail claims ‘He was made to sign blank Panchnama by NCB’

A new twist has come to the fore in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case. Prabhakar Sail, who was made the arbitrator in the case against Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has made shocking revelations by giving an affidavit. Panch Prabhakar has made big allegations against NCB zonal chief Sameer Wankhede and other witness KP Gosavi. Prabhakar, the accuser, is describing himself as the bodyguard of KP Gosavi. KP Gosavi is the same person whose picture went viral with Aryan Khan. He is a private detector.

Prabhakar has alleged that he had heard KP Gosavi and Sam talking about Rs 25 crore and it was heard saying that it was done for Rs 18 crore. Prabhakar Sail claims that Gosavi and Sam had allegedly told to give Rs 8 crore out of 18 to NCB officer Sameer Wankhede.

Prabhakar has also claimed that after raiding the cruise, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani along with KP Gosavi and Sam were seen talking together in a blue Mercedes car for about 15 minutes. Prabhakar said that after that Gosavi had called him and asked him to become a panch. He has told that NCB had got him signed on 10 plain papers.

Prabhakar has also claimed that he has given two bags of 50 lakh cash to Gosavi. Prabhakar Sail claimed that on October 1 at 9:45 pm, Gosavi called up and asked him to get ready by 7:30 am on October 2 and come to a place. He also claimed that Gosavi had given him some photographs and asked him to identify the people in the photographs at the Green Gate.

On the other hand, Narcotics Control Bureau officer Sameer Wankhede has denied any wrongdoing in the case and said that he will give a ‘fitting reply’ to it. Agency sources called the claims “baseless”, and questioned if the money had been taken, “why would someone be in jail?”

A source alleged that such claims are being made “just to malign (the agency’s) image”. Another source said, “There are CCTV cameras installed in the NCB office and nothing of the sort happened there.”

Off the record, the officials also claimed that they never met Prabhakar Sail before 2 October and that they “have no idea who he is?” A source said, “This affidavit will be taken to the NDPS court and we will give our reply there.”
