Amitabh Bachchan says – ‘There is nothing to write’; Congress leader taking a dig says ‘then write about petrol price only’

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is becoming a victim of people’s anger these days. Actually, people’s complaint with Amitabh Bachchan is about why he is not tweeting about the increasing petrol and diesel prices which is rising every day.

It is the same Amitabh Bachchan who used to have so much trouble during Dr. Manmohan Singh’s government that he had decided to burn his car by spraying petrol. But now Amitabh Bachchan has become silent. He had a problem with petrol at Rs 73 per liter but maybe he is enjoying paying Rs 107 per liter of petrol.

Now the situation is that Amitabh Bachchan is on target of people these days. When Amitabh Bachchan writes anything on Facebook or Twitter, people start reminding him of his old tweet on petrol and diesel in response.

Recently Amitabh Bachchan tweeted that he has nothing to write. Taking a dig at this, the social media in-charge of Youth Congress Deepak Khatri said in reply that if there is nothing to write then write about petrol only. Further, he mentions the petrol price which is Rs 106.8 in Mumbai.

Let us tell you that during the Congress government, Amitabh Bachchan was very vocal about the rising prices of petrol and diesel. He often used to joke on rising petrol and diesel prices during the UPA govt in 2012.

Not only this recently, the Rashtriya Janata Dal, the largest party of Bihar, had slammed Amitabh Bachchan with a lot of derogatory words against him through its official Twitter handle.

Rashtriya Janata Dal put screenshots of tweets made during the Congress government of Amitabh Bachchan on petrol and diesel prices and wrote that now when the poor, farmers and middle class are dying due to the increased prices of petrol and diesel, then why there is no tweet from Amitabh Bachchan?
