All is not well in BJP-JDU! CM Nitish Kumar avoids PM Modi’s meeting, likely to meet Sonia Gandhi

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar did not attend the meeting of NITI Aayog on Sunday. No official explanation has yet been given on the reason for this absence. This absence is also raising big questions because the meeting was presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, according to sources close to the CM, Nitish did not attend the meeting due to his physical weakness after the corona infection.

Since then, various talks have started in the political corridor regarding the ongoing rift between BJP and JDU. Meanwhile, some media reports are also claiming that Nitish Kumar might meet Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi. He has also sought an appointment with Sonia Gandhi.

Sources close to the Chief Minister cited Corona as the reason for not attending the meeting of Nitish Kumar’s NITI Aayog. However, Nitish Kumar attended an event in Patna. BJP leaders Shahnawaz Hussain and Tarkishore Prasad were also present at the event.

JDU president accused of conspiracy
Earlier, JD(U) national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan accused his party of conspiring to get fewer seats in the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections. He said that the lack of mass base is not the reason behind his party winning 43 seats. Behind this was a conspiracy hatched against Nitish Kumar. About which we are now cautious. He said that earlier Chirag Paswan and now RCP Singh are all part of this conspiracy.

Rajiv Ranjan Singh claimed that everything is fine with the BJP. He also cited JDU’s support in the presidential and vice-presidential elections. He said that our former state president and Rajya Sabha MP Vashisht Narayan Singh cast his vote by reaching the polling station in a wheelchair. Our commitment to the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) could not be stronger than this.
